Lisa Marie Presley in prenuptial agreement dispute with husband

Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley, is in the middle of a prenuptial agreement dispute with her estranged husband, Michael Lockwood. Presley married Lockwood in 2006, but filed for divorce in June of 2016. Presley is in a financial fight with Lockwood right now over the true value of her assets.

According to Lockwood, Presley claimed she was worth only $60 million when the two signed their prenuptial agreement. Lockwood thinks that Presley is worth much more than $60 million, but has failed to disclose all of her financials.

Presley is saying that her almost $300 million fortune is almost gone, while Lockwood is asking for $40,000 per month in spousal support and $100,000 in legal fees. Presley has laid claims that she is struggling to pay her divorce lawyer, which costs $5,000 per month.

Lockwood told the court that he has been living close to the poverty line since divorce was filed in June and that Presley has not supported him.

On top of the prenuptial agreement dispute, Presley claims she found very disturbing images on Lockwood's computer and that the former couple's twin daughters were living with their grandmother at the time.

Presley said that she has to pay for two nannies to be with the twin girls as monitors when they are with Lockwood, their father. Lockwood wants a post-nuptial agreement signed by the couple in 2007 to be shredded. The document reportedly stated that neither party should have a claim on either's property should the marriage end in divorce.

Lockwood has said that Presley still receives more than $5.6 million per year, or $466,000 per month, from the trust that Elvis set up for her prior to his death. Lockwood has also quoted Presley's tax returns, saying that from 2013-2015 she received more than $4.5 million per year in capital gains and dividends.
