Ingrassia Back In Court; Settles Case for $650,000
April 25, 2000
-
| It has been a long time since Angelo Ingrassia stood before the bench and argued a case. Earlier this month, he appeared before Orange County Supreme Court Justice Joseph Owen's court and settled a serious personal injury case for $650,000. |
 |
- Mr. Ingrassia, himself a retired state Supreme Court Justice, serves of counsel to the law firm of Larkin, Axelrod, Ingrassia and Tetenbaum, L.L.p., and in that capacity, he settled the case of Yvonne Melville, a 42-year-old Campbell Hall resident who slipped on ice at the Dairy Mart store on Washington Terrace in the City of Newburgh back on January 21, 1977.
- "Angelo Ingrassia's many yars as an attorney and judge proved invaluable as he negotiated a settlement in this case," said Elliot Tetenbaum, a partner in the firm.
