Gerard J. Marino
Gerard Marino has been practicing law since 1981. He graduated from Forham College where he majored in political science and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Fordham University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York State as well as the Southern and Eastern District of New York federal courts.
Mr Marino has spent more than a quarter of a century representing primarily plainitffs in personal injury litigation. He has also taught constitutional law at Fordham University, business and labor law at Pace University and evidence and criminal law at Mercy College.
He is married, has one child and lives locally.
