Elliot S. Tetenbaum
Of Counsel
Mr. Tetenbaum has had multiple verdicts, including eleven in excess of one million dollars, in multiple jurisdictions including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. He has lectured for New York State Trial Lawyers, as well as the New York State Bar Association on multiple topics including the conduct of depositions, the examination of expert witnesses and summations.
For about a decade, he took recent law school graduates to mentor and work with him on his cases for an entire year.
Segments of some of his summations have been included in Stein's Closing Arguments and one of his cross-examinations of a seat belt expert was included in Handling Accident Cases, an eight volume trial practice treatise.
