A former Milton, NY construction worker reached a $1.2 million settlement in Orange County State Supreme Court for injuries he suffered in a 23-foot fall on a job site in Blooming Grove.

Frank Williams had been working as part of a crew framing a new house.

He was represented by Newburgh attorney Elliot Tetenbaum in a case against Blooming Grove Preserve Corp., the owner of the property, and Northland Enterprises, the general contractor.

Williams, who was 23 at the time of the 1998 incident, sustained multiple facial fractures, fractures to both wrists and a fractured right elbow.
