The firm was successful in obtaining an award of primary physical custody to a Father after an extensive trial involving numerous witnesses and several days of testimony. In its Decision and Order After Trial, the Court determined that the Mother routinely acted in a manner that was detrimental to the child's best interests and questioned the mother's ability to facilitate a relationship between the Father and the child. The Court found that the child had a strong relationship with the Father and that the Father played an active role in the child's life. As a result, the Court found that it was in the child's best interests for the Father to have primary physical custody of the child and implemented a visitation schedule for the Mother.
