John Ingrassia and Larkin Ingrassia, PLLC recently teamed up to persuade a Justice in a Local Criminal Court to suppress all evidence derived as a result of a DWI arrest. After the hearing, Mr. Ingrassia submitted a post hearing memorandum of law that successfully persuaded the Court to suppress all evidence of their client’s arrest.
