John Ingrassia recently won a DWI suppression hearing after the Court determined that the arresting police officer did not have probable cause to arrest his client.

Mr. Ingrassia's cross examination of the police officer cast serious doubt on the officer's credibility such that the Court concluded that his testimony was not credible. As such, all evidence obtained from the arrest including the breath alcohol test result was ruled inadmissible at trial.
