DWI Checkpoint Evidence Suppressed

April 2011 - John Ingrassia and Kathleen Wells were successful in obtaining the suppression of all evidence derived as a result of the stopping and arrest of a client charged with DWI. Mr. Ingrassia and Ms. Wells argued that there was insufficient evidence to establish that the DWI Sobriety Check Point used by police in the case complied with constitutional requirements.
