John Ingrassia was able to persuade prosecutors to dismiss a criminal contempt charge whereby his client was alleged to have violated a court's order of protection in favor of a complainant.

Mr. Ingrassia convinced prosecutors that the charge could not be proved as there was insufficient evidence to establish that his client willfully violated the order of protection. As a result the charge was dismissed.
