Milana Tepermayster was successful in obtaining an order in Ulster County Family Court directing the Mother to pay for a portion of college expenses as well as attorney fees, since the Mother's position was unreasonable. The Court reasoned that the award of attorney fees was appropriate given the fact that the "mother declined to discuss or consider the Father's documentary evidence and the Father was thus reduced to bringing a petition to Court." Furthermore, the Mother's petition against the Father for certain unreimbursed expenses was wholly lacking in merit.
