John Ingrassia was successful in a July 2010 trial and DWAI charges against our client were dropped in the Town of Montgomery.

Our client had a driver for one of his business trucks break down on the highway. When our client went to the scene of the disabled vehicle, the vehicle had been towed. He then drove to the New York State Police barracks to inquire of the vehicle location. The Trooper working the front desk saw our client pull into the State Police parking lot and walk into the station. The Trooper then asked our client if he had been drinking. Our client admitted to having one glass of wine earlier. Our client was given field sobriety tests and agreed to take a breath test which registered a .08 BAC (Blood Alcohol Content). The case went to trial and the DWAI charge was dismissed.
