Daniel Jackson won an acquittal for a client charged with Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI), Speeding and Failure to Keep Right in the Town of New Windsor Justice Court. If convicted, the client was subject to a maximum jail sentence of fifteen days and a maximum fine of $500. Most importantly, our client was not subject to a one year revocation of his Commercial Driver License (CDL) which would have resulted in the loss of his employment.
